He co-founded Payville USA, now Lift HCM, building it into a leading independent processor in the Midwest. Prior to this, Jim co-founded Related Payroll Service (RPS), growing it to be the 9th largest processor in the U.S. Jim's leadership ensures compliance and exceptional client service delivery.
