Founded in 2005 as Payville USA by Jim and Chris Kapolas, the company helped organizations streamline payroll operations while maintaining responsive, relationship-driven service that prioritized client needs. Over the years, Payville USA built a reputation for accuracy, reliability, and personalized support, helping businesses navigate the complexities of payroll with confidence.

In 2019, as client needs expanded into HR, benefits, and workforce technology, the company rebranded as Lift HCM to reflect a more modern, unified HCM approach.
