2. Choose How to Make the Introduction

You can have our team reach out directly or have us coordinate with you first.

3. Get Rewarded

If your referral has at least 75 employees and becomes a Lift HCM client, you'll receive a gift card or account credit based on the size of the business referred.

Rewards can be worth up to $1,500 per referral.
