Founded in 2005 by Jim and Chris Kapolas, we began with a simple goal: helping businesses streamline payroll without losing the responsive, relationship-driven service they deserve. Over the years, we built a reputation for accuracy, reliability, and personal service, helping our clients manage payroll with confidence.

As the industry evolved, we recognized that our clients needed a comprehensive partner in HR, benefits, and technology. In 2019, we became Lift HCM. This change allowed us to offer more comprehensive payroll and HR solutions while staying true to the personal service our clients have always valued.
